Our WiMax and 4G LTE networks data is transmitted over an IP network. This is non-circuit switched (NCSD) data. Although third-party messaging and voicemail are not supported by our network, some applications that offer these services may be able to operate over our IP network. Skype’s availability and use is dependent on network capacity issues. Sprint’s WiMax and 4G LTE networks do not support traditional voice telephony services. Sprint cannot guarantee that customers will be able send or receive messages via these applications over its WiMax and 4G LTE wireless broadband networks.
Sprint reserves the right to monitor calls and messages to ensure that our business is running smoothly, protect our users against fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful practices, investigate complaints and violations of terms and conditions, and protect us and others. Sprint may refuse, suspend or disconnect service if you use it in a way that interferes with the provision of quality service to customers or is abusive, fraudulent, unlawful or otherwise objectionable. Sprint can also block certain call types, such as anonymous calls, and 900 numbers from private carriers. Sprint’s sole discretion is final.
Third-party charges that you are charged on a pay-per-use basis are not our responsibility. You are responsible for all costs associated with obtaining content or services from third parties. This includes ringtones and games as well as any taxes. You can only use third-party content or services if you agree to the terms of service/user agreements. Sprint cannot guarantee the functionality or availability of third-party wireless content or services through our service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have a device capable of accessing the service. Customers must bring their own device and pay any access, activation or other fees. Sprint cannot guarantee coverage if you don’t purchase the device we sell or pay us directly for activation.
We will send you texts to notify you of outages, maintenance issues or other operational matters. You are responsible for ensuring that your wireless device is on and not in airplane mode to receive these alerts.

If you don’t have a car kit, we do not recommend that you place calls while driving. Handheld use may be illegal or dangerous depending on the state in which you live.
When you make calls to Sprint customers, your phone number may be displayed with the area code for the market in which you activated the service. This is not an error message or misprint. You must activate your phone in the area where it will be used. If another Sprint customer calls, your number will display with that area code. Your number will display correctly no matter where you are, and it will work with all non-Sprint customers as well as other businesses and individuals. We recommend that you contact customer service if you have any problems with someone who answers one of your calls.
Sometimes, it may be necessary to adjust the settings manually on your handset following a call. This is a standard industry procedure and our service is not unique. We recommend that you contact customer service if you have any issues with your wireless device or connectivity.
Can I delete a line from Sprint?
You can terminate your service at any time by calling us. You will have to pay an early termination fee depending on how long the contract is and whether you are in it. You may have to modify your current plan in order to cancel one line.
What is the cost of removing a Sprint line?
Sprint prorates the early termination fee. This means that if passes more, you will be charged less to terminate the fee. Sprint charges $20 per month for the remaining months of your contract. There is a maximum of $350, and a minimum of $100 per device.
